She is passionate about bringing people together through music and hospitality and using the power of live performance to strengthen the Philharmonic’s connection to the Las Vegas community.

Born and raised in Sofia, Bulgaria, Eli relocated to Las Vegas in 2003. She is a proud UNLV alumna and holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Administration. Outside of work, she enjoys artistic expression, reading, dancing, and experiencing live music.
