Ticket Policy

All ticket and subscription sales are final. The Las Vegas Philharmonic will process any returns as donations. Patrons will receive a letter recognizing ticket donations which may be used for tax purposes. Subscription holders enjoy exchange benefits.

The Smith Center Parking

The City of Las Vegas has completed the parking garage project adjacent to The Smith Center.  Guests have 4 options to utilize paid parking structures at The Smith Center.  For more information and to pre-pay for parking, please visit The Smith Center’s parking and arrival page on their website for more details.

Ticket Policy

All ticket and subscription sales are final.

All programs and artists are subject to change.

Ticket purchasers must adhere to the health and safety procedures and attendance guidelines as outlined on The Smith Center’s Health and Safety website page.

Ticket Exchanges

Las Vegas Philharmonic subscribers can exchange their tickets for another performance in the Las Vegas Philharmonic’s current concert season by contacting LVP Patron Services at (702) 462.2008 no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled performance.

Ticket Donations

Las Vegas Philharmonic single ticket buyers and subscribers can donate their tickets back to the Las Vegas Philharmonic by contacting LVP Patron Services at (702) 462.2008 no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled performance to receive a letter for their tax-deductible donation.

Health & Safety at The Smith Center

To be permitted to enter The Smith Center, all guests will need to show proof of vaccination at the time of entry.  Currently, the only exceptions are:

  • guests under the age of 12, who must be accompanied by an adult that meets our theater’s vaccination requirements; or
  • guests who need reasonable accommodations due to a medical exception or a sincerely held religious belief.

For guests who are not able to be vaccinated for one of the reasons listed above, they must provide proof of one of the following instead of evidence of vaccination:

  • negative COVID-19 antigen test taken within 6 hours of the performance start time; or
  • negative COVID-19 PCR test taken within 72 hours of the performance start time.

Entry will be denied for guests who do not provide the documentation as required above.

Face masks are required for all guests, regardless of vaccination status. Masks must be worn at all times while visiting the theater except when eating or drinking in the designated areas. All masks must completely cover the nose and mouth and comply with the CDC guidelines for acceptable face coverings.

A $10 handling charge is applied to the subscription order.

 

50% Student Discount

Students with a valid student ID receive a 50% discount on all tickets purchased in advance of any Philharmonic concert. Limit of 2 tickets per ID.

$10 Student Rush Tickets

Students with a valid student ID may purchase $10 student rush tickets on the day of the Philharmonic concert. Limit of 2 tickets per student ID. Seating is best available based on remaining inventory.

10% Seniors and Military Discount

Seniors and active military personnel with valid ID receive a 10% discount on tickets to Philharmonic concerts.

Please note: Subscriptions are not sold on Box Tier (Floor 2) or Balcony (Floor 5).  Those floors are available at a later date for single ticket sales only.
