Eli joined the Las Vegas Philharmonic in 2025 and leads the organization’s special events and partnership initiatives. She oversees the annual gala, donor cultivation and stewardship events, concert receptions, and other experiences designed to deepen connections between LVP and its supporters. She also develops corporate and community partnerships and works to expand opportunities for audiences to engage with the orchestra beyond the concert hall.
With more than 15 years of experience in hospitality, event production, sales, and relationship development, Eli brings a strategic and creative approach to creating meaningful experiences that support LVP’s fundraising and stewardship goals. She is passionate about bringing people together through music and hospitality and using the power of live performance to strengthen the Philharmonic’s connection to the Las Vegas community.
Born and raised in Sofia, Bulgaria, Eli relocated to Las Vegas in 2003. She is a proud UNLV alumna and holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Administration. Outside of work, she enjoys artistic expression, reading, dancing, and experiencing live music.
