Marty Connally

Marty Connally has been in the Las Vegas Philharmonic for 26 years, starting in the fall of 2000). For the first 20 years, he played in the first violin section, and afterwards with the seconds. He studied with James Gambino (student of Angel Reyes), Dorothy Croft (student of Benno Rabinoff, last student of Leopold Auer), and Fredell Lack (student of Louis Persinger). As a member of the orchestra he has appeared on stage with Andrea Bocelli, Luciano Pavarotti, Elton John, Stevie Wonder, Don Henley, Vanessa Williams, Sara Brightman, Josh Groban, and others.
