An all-new edition of Las Vegas’ holiday musical tradition! Celebrate the season with family and friends with Las Vegas Philharmonic and George Daugherty, the delightful conductor of “Bugs Bunny at the Symphony,” in the holiday-decked Smith Center. Sparkling classics and contemporary favorites, newly-created by multiple Emmy-Award-winning producers Daugherty and David Ka Lik Wong. Plus a cast spotlighting the very best of Las Vegas! Singers and vocalists include the dazzling Cecelia Violetta Lopez (called one of opera’s fastest rising star sopranos by Opera News); Las Vegas’ stellar “Queens of Jazz” Naomi Mauro and Michelle Johnson; the versatile and hugely popular jazz and cabaret star Jonathan Karrant; Ellie Smith, the exceptional multi-faceted Broadway performer, recording artist, and film actress; and Las Vegas Strip star and “hula hoop virtuoso” Mat Plendl, who will literally put a new spin on “The Nutcracker.” New musical additions will include treasured orchestral selections from the Philadelphia Orchestra’s beloved “Glorious Sounds Of Christmas;” a newly-commissioned version of “The Night Before Christmas” by Emmy-Award-winning composer Nathan Wang; a look back at Frank Sinatra’s original charts of “I’ve Got My Love To Keep Me Warm;” a Mariachi Christmas; and even more holiday songs, medleys, and orchestral works that will make hearts warm and spirits soar, as brought to life by the magnificent forces of the Las Vegas Philharmonic’s musicians.   More surprises and artists to be announced and unveiled soon!
